Would be interested to hear how compliance with the new 2006 OBC seismic restraints are (or are not) being complied with. Seems that there is much confusion amongst Contractors, SubContractors, CBO's, and even the OBC Code Advisor for Part 4. Appears that some firms and contractors are ignoring the requirements or glossing over them.
